Transformers final shape today!

Exciting news for everyone around here at the movie blog; The Transformers final shape is making it’s debut today! The folks over at usatoday.com give us more on the news:

Today, coinciding with the annual Toy Fair in New York, the studio plans an official debut of scenes and characters from the movie, in theaters July 4. The leaked images have raised the bar for DreamWorks to impress those who think they’ve already seen it all.

With all of the internet chatter this movie has seen over the past year I have to wonder if it will live up to all of the hype. I almost don’t want to see it, not because of media overkill but because It’s like watching someone cook something so heavenly looking and smelling that when it comes time to eat it you almost would rather fantasized about the first taste then actually bite.

But I’ll still be there opening weekend. My bet is on this film rocking even the most ardent lover of the Transformers series, everyone seems to have taken such pains with this movie, from Michael Bay to the designers to Steven Spielberg with the producing. If this film sucks it will not be from lack of effort.

Now to wait patiently while the final shapes slowly spread all over the internet….
