Rosario Dawson And The Worst Haicut Ever

Dawson-HairI’m not sure a device has been invented by man that could possibly measure the sheer hotness of Rosario Dawson. This is a women who can pull off every type of beautiful there is. Hot dirty girl, cute innocent girl next door, stunning beauty queen… you name it, she can do it… and do it to my eternal approval. This is one hot woman… and talented to boot.

But as Doug will often point out, a good looking woman (or man for that matter) can instantly degrade to almost Fugly with the wrong haircut… and man… Dawson is sporting one of the most horrible haircuts I’ve ever seen. No really… she should be charged with crimes against humanity for harming her universally needed sexiness. This is by far worse than that Halle Berry hair cut from a few years ago that Doug is always complaining about.

Yikes… I never thought there would come a day that I’d be putting up a post about haircuts. But COME ON!!! Look at that do! (via)

  1. Mero,

Why are you here? Don’t get me wrong… you have every right to be. But if you look down your nose at the entertainment industry, why spend time on a blog that focuses on it?

After I saw a better picture of that hair cut, i admit that you’re right. from the picture on your post, it didn’t look that bad. so i jumped to attack your character.

the hair cut is pretty goddamn bad. i admit i’m wrong and that i’m a hypocrite.

  3. It’s not just about worshiping hollywood. It’s about being shallow and superficial, which are both things celebrated by Hollywood. It makes us care about petty things like hair cuts.

  4. hey campea,

    pet‧ty
    1. of little or no importance or consequence: petty grievances.
    2. of lesser or secondary importance, merit, etc.; minor: petty considerations.
    3. having or showing narrow ideas, interests, etc.: petty minds.
    4. mean or ungenerous in small or trifling things: a petty person.
    5. showing or caused by meanness of spirit: a petty revenge.
    6. of secondary rank, esp. in relation to others of the same class or kind: petty states; a petty tyrant.

take which ever defintion you want. i still stand by my point about this post.

  5. Mero-

I don’t think John was out of line. When talented actors who can afford things, even in moderation, items that can help in appearance or personal hygine, you have to wonder.
Concerning Dawson, I do think this is for a film role myself, or at least that’s what I hope.

But the real reason while I’m responding again? Your shallow comments. I don’t think John “worships” Hollywood as much as I do, and I’m still a born again Christian. Even a Christian can look at Dawson’s picture and say “Bad Hair Day”. Also, not “every” movie is anti-religion. There are not even a few exceptions, there are several.

And Christianity, last time I checked, has nothing against beauty or wealth. It’s how people choose to use it or abuse it.

  6. What exactly was “petty” about it??? Do you understand what the word means? Did I say anything negative about her talent or her as a person? Did I make a judgment on her character as a result of her bad haircut?

Actually, I said she was a beautiful and talented woman. Exactly how was that “petty”? Petty, is the comment you left.

    Sunshine and happiness

  7. I wasn’t trying to ignore the topic at hand. I think it’s an ok hair cut, anothing that would ruin my day after seeing that picture. Sure i’m being judgemental, but i felt i had a valid point to make about this blog post. i felt it was very shallow and petty, that was my feeling about this post.

  8. your personalities don’t reflect people who were educated in the bible or any religion at all. i view movies as anti-religion. movies are entertainment, hollywood, show-biz, popular culture. religion is the exact opposite. it isn’t popular. hollywood glorifies the shallow things in life (i.e. beauty, spectacle, wealth). you guys worship hollywood, all the people involve in it. I can’t see how people who are educated in religion would care about petty unimportant things such as comic book movies or anything involved with hollywood.

  9. The best part about going to Bible College mero was Doug and I quickly learned to recognize people with superiority complexes who like to talk down to others in some vain attempt to make them feel better about themselves.

Are you sure you didn’t go to Bible college too? You sure do the looking down your nose while judging thing well. You would have got an “A”.

Is it fun to leave a comment that ignores the topic at hand just to make a personal comment about me? Whhheeee! Must be lonely where you live.

  10. for a man who used to be a minister and went to bible college, you’re acting very shallow and petty about this, John Campea. did all the bible learning teach you to be so superficial? it really amazes me that you and Doug actually went to bible college.
