Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 3, providing fans with a fresh look at the upcoming title. The preview highlights the vibrant setting of West City and introduces several original characters joining the franchise.
Set in AGE 1000, the game invites players to explore West City University and join the ranks of the Great Saiya Squad. The trailer features appearances from familiar faces like Bulma and Gamma 1, alongside new original characters including Brett, Lilica, ROM, and Tap. Players will step into the role of a custom protagonist to uncover stories within this new world.
Expanded Combat Mechanics
The latest entry in the series aims to build upon the signature high-speed action of its predecessors. Combat now includes the Soul Assist system, which allows players to launch coordinated attacks with allies from the Dragon Ball Z universe. Additionally, the Soul Switch mechanic enables players to temporarily harness the power of legendary warriors such as Vegeta, Piccolo, and Krillin to gain new abilities during battle.
