The appearance of Jennifer Aniston made me swoon; aside from Jessica Alba and Selma Hyek, Aniston had the best dress. Yes, I did want to jump on Noami Watts’ bones too, but not with her dusty curtain she wore….
In years past, animated or puppet/Muppet characters have “given” out the animated award. It is a traditional gimmick that is cute but always brings a yawner. While I did laugh about the ‘ducks with no pants’ – I saw the Chicken Little looking in his “new pants” for the winner’s name coming a mile away. Then I noted a silly irony: the characters were from a CGI film that was not nominated, did horribly at the box office, and this one bit is the only thing anyone will remember the animated Chicken Little for.
