We mentioned the news before that the well cast movie Alpha Dog was on delay, and then suddenly people were reporting filming taking place in their local town with the film name everywhere. However this time the story of the delay looks set to last a bit longer than it did before, according to Rope of Silicon:
According to MRIB via Yahoo!, the lawyer acting for Jesse James Hollywood says the film may prejudice his client’s trial. Since it depicts Hollywood as the murderous leader of a gang that kidnapped and tortured Californian youths, the lawyer may well have a point.
The film stars a boat load of names such as Emile Hirsch, Bruce Willis, Sharon Stone and Justin Timberlake and is being directed by Nick Cassavetes for New Line Cinema, and as you may have suspected a release date is still up in the air.
The Judge on the case is set to rule on this next week, so we should know then if the production is going to be halted…again. Come on, I’m dying to see Willis some more after his return to form on Hostage and Sin City.

Well, seems how this page has been posted on here for going on almost 6 days now, it’s safe to say people are giving up on this movie. But hey, let’s hang in there, there is usually a great reward in being burdened with time and having to wait. I mean, it’s a whole nother basket of kittens but, Spider-Man 3 is far far away and I jump over any little bit of news about the film. Iron Man delayed as well!? Just remember that it was the all wise and twisted Hannibal Lector who once said, “All good things to those who wait.” There is a lesson in that. While we wait we can find other things to do and before ya know it, your watching tv and the movie you have long since forgotten about appears with a trailer and the passion you once had for it pumps through your veins once again!
