i like “flight of navigator” as i grew up on that era. It’s definitely an underrated classic. As for this one… i don’t know on what Robert Z is trying to proves. Is he in sort of competition w/ Peter Jackson & James Cameron on who get the best virtual actors between them? If that the case. Robert Z is obviously on the losing side.

i mean, everyone has their own opinions, and its okay. i think i would never see this movie unless threatened to be castrated. but do i think its a bad movie? i dont know, id ask a five year old and find out.

Of course PIXAR makes movies that please everyone, and How To Train your Dragon is the perfect example of a movie that can be a childrens movie AND be a great film, but kids watch these movies, make their parents buy tickets and toys about the movie, then forget about the movie in a month. they dont give a shit. its made for them, not for the soccer mom who drove them to the theater

for this reason, i think some movies shouldnt even be reviewed… besides pixar and some dreamworks films…. most animated movies are just cashgrabs made to get kids to make their parents spend money on a movie theyll get over in a week.

however, if they DO make a movie thats supposed to impress my 40 year old pianno teacher, and it looks like this- THEN i can say its an abortion of a film
