Hey Guys,

I’m a Kiwi, in wellington, and part of the film industry down here. I’ve got friends at both Park Road Post and the Minis (the minitures department which burnt down) and I can tell you first hand that it has been one HELL of a ride. At its peak you could cut the tension in the air with a knife.

Just thought id say its great to hear so much support for Peter and for filming in New Zealand. It means alot to everyone down here to know that so many people overseas support us.

In reply to Peter. Wow, really? Ulcers are very commonplace in people and is nothing some prescribed medicine can't help alleviate. End his career? Calm down, sir. It's gonna be okay.

Actors have worked with more threatening conditions than an ulcer.

This is not going to end his career. Yeah, he will likely take it easy and have a dietitian on hand to manage his foods. Its not like he cannot afford it.

You are over reacting to a commonplace condition that people live with all the time.

Those things have been nasty enough to require surgery. Honestly, I think this will end his career. The digestive trakt is nothing that recovers over night. He’ll have to stick with an appropriate diet (probiotic paleo diet) and lifestyle changes in order to rebuild his gut flora from the ground up, cause where there is ulcers, there is Helicobacter Pylori, there is Candida Overgrouth, there is autoimmune reactions to gluten and casein.
He should take a rest from filmmaking though, for his own good.
