Good point about facing them with a primative military. I’ve always felt the same way. Even with ID4. (still liked ID4, but it broke the mold IMO, it’s starting to get old)

But I’m tired of alien films like this. An alien species can traverse galaxies, and we’re able to withstand them militarily? I’d like something a little different, that’s what made District 9 so great.
