I didn’t mind him as the bad guy in Live Free or Die Hard, but to each his own, Rodney. I wouldn’t call his character in Girl Next Door a badass. Sleazeball, maybe but not a badass. DO NOT get me started on Catch & Release….

While technically it was his first directing job, James Cameron had very little to do with Pirhana II The Spawning; the producers used his name for insurance purposes, then fired him in the first few days of production.

I checked out the director’s filmography. He only directed one movie and it didn’t do too well. Not comforting. Then again, it might just be a bad start. James Cameron’s first gig directing was Piranha 2 and he made Terminator right after it. Regardless, my hopes are less then high.
