10) If two nerds ever find themselves holding cylindrical objects of at least 9 inches in length they must immediately make lightsaber ignition noises and face each other down in mortal combat.

My addition to this one would be after the duel the victor would request his/her opponent to kneel and imitate to decapitate the said defeated while saying "There can be only one!"

No, really Batman rules them all. Totally agree with this. He is master tactician after all.
Also i'm still always make lightsaber noise everytime i'm holding a broomstick, a roll of paper, anything that in shape of long silinder. Fun isn't it?

2) Thou must always recognize your first exposure to a nerdy property was the best possible incarnation of that property. Likewise, thou must always find new incarnations, sequels, spin-offs, rip-offs, and media inspired these properties to be crappier than your prized original.

See Rodney that's what I'm talkin' bout!
Hence my reluctance to all these "REMAKES"

18) There shall be no viewing of fansubs by any self-described otaku/anime fan who can afford to purchase the said material (exceptions: viewing at conventions or titles that have no chance of being released stateside).

That's wrong. I'm getting back into anime after about a 4 year break and back when I was fully into it one proved their otakuness by being able to get the latest anime from Japan as soon as possible, allowing one to mock those that waited for American release. The more underground the bootleg the more street cred. The more unknown it was the more street cred. The more you know about the story because you are bootlegging unlike others who are waiting for American release the more street cred.

I'm down with the other rules but like Luchismo said 18 is ridiculous.

18 is rediculous. Ever good otaku knows that fansubs are far superior to official releases. Half the time "official" releases are crap! This list is a corporate shill list. I denounce it!

WOW, my list is hardcore

7) This happens alot to me we get into drunk debates of who can beat who and Batman Kills all in my friends book but i always combat him with Captain America but yeah according to the laws Batman rules all. (I laughed so hard thinking this was just us)

10) I do this so much it is hilarious. You have to make the on noise when you hold something similar to a lightsaber hilt.

11) If you don't say Knowing is half the battle everytime you should be slapped nerd or not.

12) This on is special to me because My wife noticed I watched the original Predator every Sat. for a month because it kept coming on the action channel and damn it i can never turn off a geek movie when its on even if i own it.

14) When I saw Jessica rabbit as a kid I was done, then I moved on to La Blue Girl the next week. Geeze I am 27 and i still look at the DOA girls lol.

Wow your right Rodney no one ever suspects my geekdom on first meeting but I am a total nut if you get me going.
