Audio Edition – March 30th 2006

Today on The Audio Edition, Doug and I discuss the growing theory that Mary Jane will indeed get knocked off in Spider-Man 3 and the evidence supporting such a conclusion, Jenifer Lopez maybe being in Ocean’s 13, the new Christopher Walken Ping Pong movie “Balls of Fury”, the top 10 hottest women in the world and the new movie “Fuck”. All this and a few things more.

  1. Ok, just saw you cannot put any text in between brackets or it thinks you’re using an html tag. My first paragraph ended:

“…when you start laughing, you remember in the back of your mind that this -is- Chris Walken, and he -could- go psycho on your ass at any freakin moment…”

  2. Walken is da man! He cracks me up! His comedic skills have an edge to them because when you start laughing, you remember in the back of your mind that this is Chris Walken, and he go psycho on you at any freakin moment…

Just watched him this weekend in Poolhall Junkies and he kicked ASS! The mensroom scene at the end where he does his Lion of the jungle speech, was AWESOME.

  3. And as far as casting for Ocean’s 13 for a female lead, Sophie Marceau or Monica Bellucci all the way. Or hell, get Rachel McAdams. She doesn’t have to be a love interest, but I LOVE Rachel. She could KILL JLo in an acting contest.

  4. “Cakes you’ll never get to tase” LOL OMG you guys are hilarious!!! I just found your podcast today and I can say you guys have found a fan for life!

  5. To the Campea-Man…
I hate J-Lo with a passion as well…Isn’t her time up???? Her 15 minutes has been up for QUITE SOME TIME NOW…

    To the Doug-Man…
Kirsten Dunst gets on my nerves as well, and every time she’s on screen in Spiderman I just grit my teeth and wait for the scene to be over…

And oh yeah, Bette Midler as a bank robber….I’d pay money to see that!

  6. 1) Spider-Man 3.

Show me evidence that Bryce Dallas Howard signs on for Spidey 4. If that happens, MJ bites the Dunst. Or perhaps her character goes out to L.A. and isn’t in the picture a whole lot (Peter is tempted to stray) and the person wo buys it is Harry at the hands of Venom.

I do NOT want to see Venom in Spider-Man 4, unless they shoot back to back, and it doesn’t look like that’s the case.

    2) Ocean’s Tweleve.

What was wrong with ‘Angel Eyes’? I don’t think you seen the film, John. Actually, the film title refers to J Lo’s character, as ‘Catch’, a mysetrious ameniasiac, (a pre- Passion Jim Caviezel) wakes up from a car wreck and she is the first person he sees.

J Lo wasn’t horrible in that; she was alright. But perhaps I liked the other actors and actresses more. I do recall a few scenes at the end of the film which were a bit on the nose for my tastes. “Shall We Dance” also is less of a J Lo film than it was for Richard Gere and Susan Sarandon. But to say “Shall We Dance” ‘sucked’;…just because Jenny From The Freakin’ Block was in it…that’s a bit much. “Shall We Dance” tha movie did not suck. Just J Lo.

And again, I think J Lo will pass Oceans Up. She’s not much of an actress anymore.

Mimi Rogers? Hmmm…Nicole Kidman…yes!!! I got that BEAT!

    Brooke Shields!!!!!!!!

    Okay, she’s not really a Tom’s ex, but shit…
    alright…Rebecca DeMonray….
    nevermind.

Anyone other that J Lo and…and…Number #2 on that bullshit list.
You know which list I mean.

Finally, Christopher Walken rules. All the time.

    -Seal ya later
