They enhanced the clearness of what he was saying because in the recording of his before voice, some parts were mumbled. Also, the pitch and volume of voice changed. In the before clip, Bane’s message wasn’t as real, it sounded like he said it without meaning. In his after clip, they made Bane’s voice more lively and full of emotion.  Its good they improved Bane’s voice, the movie would have been a greater and a much more pleasurable experience.
