I don’t like that I need to go to poster’s livefyre profiles to find links to their websites.  I liked being able to browse commentors’ personal blogs and things.
Other than that & the reply name in chained comments (which you’ve noticed), all is great!

But I do see a few things you should probably fix. The font color for things you can click on in each comment is blending into the background. You pretty much have to know they are there to know they exist. So just change the color and it will be easier to see.
