Most of our regular readers know how I feel about ‘The Hunger Games’ and it’s marketing thus far. For those who don’t I feel that the promotion has been pretty lackluster and didn’t highlight why non-readers of the novels should be excited about this film. They just changed my mind.

Now I see what was missing. ‘SPLOSIONS. That and some type of structured insight as to what the premise of this film may be, some emotion, with a sprinkle of romance and you have yourself some bonafide interest from those us too lazy to read words of text not emitted from a monitor. Elliot and I might have to fight over who’s gonna be able to review this one…

anything to do with a utopian society usualy comes out pretty good… i dunno the concept has been done in many tv shows like stargate etc etc
