I guess it falls in that catergory cause it’s a Bandai product or somethin’? I am NOT a big fan of Anime/Magda-Magna whatever. This didn’t seem to have the things that turn me off about that genre: Huge eyes on all the characters, silly seeminly forced physical comedy, and the dubbed soundtrack voice feeling you get when you see a old Martial Arts flick.

This (1st one) was a pretty cool cartoon.

the 2nd in the series (teenage boy) not so much.

But it’s cool that there going BIG with this, The Omnimatrix thing is a cool premise and looks kinda cooler on this kids wrist instead of Daniel Craigs! LOL

That to me is the (translated) tween-ish voices which are overdone to the point where they not only sound like each other, but sound like other translated character voices from other anime shows and films.

Especially when they use special magic/alien powers and must speak the oaths/spell. catchphrases.
