Here comes a new film from the house that JJ built, Bad Robot, in which we have some mystery unfolding in a film that seems intense and only offers half the story in the promo’s. 10 Cloverfield Lane stars John Goodman and appears to be a sequel or spinoff of the original Cloverfield movie. Overall I like the pacing of the trailer and thought it did a great job of getting my attention and slowly revealing that things aren’t what they seem in the opening moments. Something really foreboding is happening outside and these folks will surely have a fun time trying to survive in what could be an apocalyptic situation.
I’ll watch anything with John Goodman as the guy seems to be fairly selective with his films. Check out the poster below.
