In reply to Bill. I totally agree. That was a major spoiler. You need to leave that reveal and role reversal for the film, not the trailer. Also, great choice in Jamie Bell. Terrible choice in Channing Tatum.

I think I’ll like this movie.

I just wish it had not shown me as much of the plot as it did. I think I would have enjoyed being surprised at the master/slave switch when it happened and also would have liked not finding out that the Roman slave was from the tribe that defeated the Roman’s father and took the legion’s Eagle standard.

This looks terrible. To me it seems like a great idea, horribly produced. Channing Tatum might be the worst actor working today.
