Well I worked as an actor on B:La and when I first saw the trailer my first thought was..huh…why did they change the title to “Skyline”.

Then..ooh the monsters look good (we had no idea what the final critters looked like during production).

Then I noticed something integral in the special effects that didn’t match at all what was expected from large amounts of the dialogue we shot.

Then I thought uh..wait..where are the Marines?

Then the very next thought was

HOLY SH1T someone JACKED our movie!

ill see skyline anyday before watching some movie with a gay name battlefield LA that name alone says bad movie, or a bad joke. skyline looks great, like you said nothin wrong with some space nerds making a space movie maybe helping with battlefield LA got there wheels turning, and ding movie is made.

Sony has no case here. Both films, Even though they are alien invasion films, They are entirely different. One involves marines and its more of a war movie, the other is a straight up survival horror flick.

Sony is just upset that there is another movie about aliens coming before them and there afraid it will steal there thunder.

I do plan on seeing both of these films when it comes out.

the premise of both movies sound kinda like Cloverfield and District 9
