What they should do is trim the movie about 30 minutes…like say the 30 minutes of nonsensical flying? I mean, it’s cool he created a world but there was so much extra shit to the movie that could’ve been trimmed. I normally love long movies, if the running time is just. I love Magnolia, Das Boot, There Will Be Blood, Watchmen, Gone With The Wind, The Unbearable Lightness of Being…but those films had great story lines that were necessary for the length. I can’t imagine that movie even 8 minutes longer. I’m not trying to be a hater because I did like the effects, the war scenes were great and all but fuck…aside from the aesthetics, I really don’t feel it’s a great movie, like everyone praises it to be.

Hey Guys, does anyonr remember back in the early 80’s when “Close Encounters of the third kind” came out on re-release bragging about additional footage and all we saw was the inside of the ship at the end? I can still remember feeling jipped then and this sounds like the same ol’ same ol’

the movie was great but this has a stench all over it.

you probally wont hear the numbers this time around.

Will it be the Sex scene?????

Lots of people will attack this move. And sure, while it is a money grab, it also allows those who didn’t get to see it the first time around in theaters, the chance to, as well as those diehard fans that really enjoyed it to see it on the big screen again.
