Not to mention it seems like they will take years to convert it rather than a few months, so the quality should be much better than previous attempts at conversions.

I have no desire to see this movie again, but I would actually be curious enough to watch it in 3D. Is it necessary? No, but what film ever really is? It’s pure entertainment, and a chance to see a beloved film in a new and exciting way.
