I just recently saw it at a classic series in NYC on the big screen and it was an amazing experience. Very few blockbusters have that films balls as it gets darker and darker in tone as it goes along. Seeing Hackman’s Rev Scott hanging off the steam pipe at the films end was a GREAT visual on the big screen. Its also a very powerful movie moment. His commentary on the DVD which he did at the age of 95 is simply amazing as he has full memory of every scene. RIP Ronald.
