I want this movie to happen so bad. The first Anchor Man is one of my fav comedies and I can see them doing so much more great stuff with these crazy characters. I didn’t know they were so far behind on getting it off the ground though.

Well hopefully it’s just a matter of time. I guess at least it seems they’re taking their time with it, to make it a good movie. Or so I hope that’s why it’s taking them so long on the script.

Anchorman was great indeed, BUT Carell had very little to do with that one.(as far as being great)his part was very small, Paul Rudd and the sports-guy had better lines and Ferrell took it to a zany level(good thing, and Will’s best IMO).

BEEN WAITING TO SEE THOSE GUYS AGAIN!

Just hope they dont pull an Allmighty with this one too.

Loved Get Smart T.V. series the film……not so much

Steve Carell is hilarious!!!! I found this out during his featuring in Bruce Almighty!! I loved Evan Almighty, Anchorman, Get Smart, his tv apperances, he is just an awesome actor and i agree i would be 100% for an Anchorman 2 or a Get Smart 2!
