Because they obviously did that with Pursuit of Happyness, The Legend of Bagger Vance, and Ali.

Just coudldn’t leave those as dramas with Will Smith in it. All littered with senseless action.

I don’t think it was a bad movie but I didn’t think it was that great. I tell you what I didn’t like about it. To me the movie played out like it was suppose to be some kind of mystery what his character was up to. I thought it was obvious from the trailer. I think it would have been better if they let you know from the beginning instead of trying to reveal everything at the end. Maybe I missed the point.

Dude, Seven Pounds was AWEFUCKINGSOME!!!!! I don’t know why it wasn’t a hit and why critics didn’t like it that much :-( It was way up there with The Pursuit of Happyness for me…..
