If Superman and Batman Begins are what he is striving for I am down for this film. Cause I know nothing about this character so that will be grate for it to be a origin story and Batman Begins made me fall in love with Batman all over again cause before that comic book films were for kids and nerds.

This sounds encouraging, I remarked in another GL thread that a lot of people were over-thinking their expectations of villains and such. Trying to introduce to much into the origin story will ruin it.

Look at Iron Man, the villain sucked and yet the movie was immensely popular anyhow because the movie concentrated on whats important.
