Ron Jeremy has been in a bunch of films as a glorified extra or smaller parts like Boondocks Saints and Detroit Rock City.
From the looks of this trailer he seems to exit the film fairly early on so I don’t think it’s right to say that he “stars” in it like it means he’s the main actor.
