Can’t disagree with you on the film too much. Having watched the series on TV previously, the movie lacked for me. I still enjoyed it, but it just fell rushed and like Whedon was trying to put closure to the TV series since he never had the chance. I agree that there were a lot of holes and the story jumped, but probably moreso for those who had not watched the series first.

Yeah, my wife and I had also never seen the series, but went and saw the movie. We enjoyed the movie so much, my wife bought the series box set on amazon later that night.

Another person who did not watch the entire series and come to appreciate the relationship between the characters or the interesting story lines.

i agree, dishku is really the only reason i watch the show.

I have to admit that so far Doll House hasnt really impressed me that much, it could take a few more shows for it to grow on me. I can appreciate all the hot ladies on the show, etc. But at some point I am gonna need a reason to keep watching.
