In reply to chris....the real one. Roth's part was supposed to be played by Adam Sandler, but he had other commitments. I guess Tarantino wanted the part to be played by someone Jewish, and other than Harvey Keitel, who else in his stable of actors is?

Pitt is a great actor; Tarantino is very hit & miss nowadays (Deathproof? YYYYYYawnnnnnn). Yet, I’m really not sure what “awesomeness” was involved in this trailer. Quite frankly it looks like a direct to video trailer with the exception of Pitt distractingly over-acting in it. Also, every time I look at Eli Roth I see Eli Roth – director of Hostel(s), not Eli Roth – Nazi hunter; also pretty distracting. This looks like a netflix rental for now.
