I hated the redband trailer for this movie too. Make no mistake my good friends, this film is bound to fail.

Its the text…its just not needed…will nobody stick to an ad campaign that actually tries to capture an audiences curiosity?

The Punisher image is so well known and its not like they’re gonna capture a ‘young’ audience with an ‘R’ rating.

I had low expectations for this until I saw the redband trailer. It went up a little but I’m still sketched out on this movie. Lexi alexander is a great director too, Green Street Hooligans was fantastic…hopefully she’ll do well with this.

only that the 2003 movie had like one good scene which was the scene at the end where he kills saints thugs…but thats about it

i cant wait to see it so that i can enjoy the scene with him on top of the dinig room table were he snaps the ladys neck

Is this The Punisher Warzone film, or the Glen Danzig biopic? If it was a Misfits/Danzig bio, that ugly, painful eyesore blob of red (#2) might pass. But this is Punizer:Warzone…and it makes me somewhat sad. Not that anyone could have done a job like that, not that anyone might have done a better job, not that everyone you can think of could do a better job-they can…

but that somebody GETS PAID to design something so cheap and sloppy. Is that what Warzone is gonna be? Cheap and sloppy? Yeck.

This ad campaign can’t hold a candle to the previous film’s artwork. But then again, Tim Bradstreet had a hand in those, and that made all the difference.

BTW. what the heck is so special about poster #1?!
It reminds me of the Tom Jane 2003 film, the image when he blew up the car lot and half a city block to make a flaming skull.

This movie has some of the worst promo work I’ve seen in my life. With the exception of the REDBAND trailer… everything else has been very weak. These are two of the weakest yet. I still want to see the movie. But I would get a better art director for the PROMO department.
