Oh my God, NO!! She’s 23, and Alice is supposed to be seven. That’s exaggerating the age a bit too far, isn’t it? I think, ideally, that if you didn’t want a young girl, a mid to late teenager would have sufficed.

There’s rumours going round that Amanda Seyfried got the part. They couldn’t choose someone better if you’d ask me. They are postponing the press-release just to keep people guessing. I think they made the right choice with Amanda Seyfried. Amanda will be great as Alice. Seyfried is said to be the next big thing in the film industry. She always leaves a big impression when auditioning so I hear.

I hope we get some JD as the Mad Hatter!! This could go really well (Edward Scissorhands, Ed Wood) or it could go really bad (Planet of the Apes, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory) but I love the story of Alice and Wonderland so much I will watch it either way.

I wanna see this version of Alice in Wonderland F’d up. I want this to be dark, twisted, and God’s sake…VERY LITTLE CGI!!!

I got enough CGI with the Chocolate Factory and Sweeney Todd (but for Sweeney Todd, I was quick to forgive it).

Burton said he preferred practical over CGI then he slams us with it in the last two movies….

Man I hate CGI (for the most part).
