I think the lack of dialogue is one of the films best attributes, especially when contrasted with the crappy &quot;characterisation&quot; forced onto the subjects in March of The Penguins.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I found it to be a decent effort, but their previous film, Microcosmos, was far more intriguing. The biggest problem here is that they staged quite a bit of the scenes (like the ducks that were stuck in oil).

It&#039;s a beautiful film to be sure, but as a documentary it was a bit lacking.

A similar film that I also got more out of was Baraka (same people who did Koyanisqatsi I think). Not just about birds, but all life.]]></description>
