These projects seem like the resting ground for has beens and D listers, not the talented supporting cast of critically acclaimed shows that is still gaining in popularity.

I think Julie Benz is a talented actor, but it almost seems that this is a step backward as far as her current momentum goes. That being said maybe she is the Samuel L. The 3rd film completes what you now see was a trilogy and it was very well played out. Gory as hell of course but it actaully made sense.
They should have ended it there because it ended on a real grim ending for ALL the players.

The 4th saw was pretty bad. I don’t want to give any spoliers out but let’s just say it was far beyond being believable.
The film flashed back and forth from timelines so much that you had to spend all your time keeping up.

I don’t have much hope for Saw5.
I’ll watch it on dvd when I can borrow it from someone.
