Wonder what will happen now? Will some shows try to pick it back up? Will Scrubs get a finale? E.R. go one more season? Lost complete all 16 episodes? Will we ever see 24 this year? What about the full, last season of BSG? Does the strike mean we will see the BSG prequel show, just due to lack of shows being developed…

Now we will actually see shows start getting canceled, since they know they will have time to develop some new ones. If the strike had continued for a few more months, we might not have had any real cancellations. Maybe Journeyman…

I’m glad the strike is over. I supported the writers, even when they attacked people unrelated to the WGA and presented an odd list of demands. We all knew it was going to last a long time simply because they were asking for the right things in the wrong way. I look at it as they stuck for the right reasons, demanding the right things, but doing it in the wrong way. I think it sorted itself out and the demands were corrected over time. Then again, if you are going to strike, strike with the highest demands you can, with flat fees demanded and to include everyone who does your job in the nation. I mean the worst that can happen is it gets cut in half and you still end up with more :P.
