The Prestige. Pleasant surprise he was in that for me. Mainly because the previews made it look like Christian Bale’s character was the bad guy. However, Jackman’s character seemed to be the eviler of the two. And how much better can it get than to work with someone like Christopher Nolan?

The guy is wicked talented, but he just can’t seem to find a role that emcompasses his vast talents and endless charisma. Come on, Van Helsing? Swordfish? Kate and Leopold? You can do better than that, Hughie.

BTW, I was at Blockbuster this wekeend and loaded up on used DVDs(got the 2-disc Pan’s Labyrinth DVD for 9 friggin’ bucks! Recognize!). I got The Prestige, so I’ll watch that and see if Hugh’s any good in it.
