i would love to see the navigation bar to the right to always appear even if I scroll down.

Not trying to argue, some people may like that. But I find moving navigation bars to be highly irritating.

2) No bugs that I’m aware of, don’t recall paying attention to load times before, and its not an issue now, fast and happy.
3) A feature I would like, and i feel it would really add to the solidity of your community here would be a Member Profile thing. Some may not like the hassle of signing up, but there are benefits, as i see it…
PRO’s –
You get a cute little picture next to your comments
You can view a history of your own and other’s comments (this helps determine the overall attitude of commenters)
Users are more responsible for what they are saying as it is attached to their profile
CON’s –
some people don’t like to sign up.

I don’t know how easy this would be to implement, but gizmodo.com has this type of setup and it’s awesome to be able to view your past comments, or the past comments of a fellow reader.
