With a budget well in excess of £1 million, The Secret of the Stars, about an intrepid scientist and his bid to unravel the secret of a mysterious historic artefact, is likely to be a big hit in Germany.
German company Nova Productions has spent the last 23 days filming the entire adventure in Scotland, with car chases around the streets of the Capital mixed with high drama on a train in the Highlands. The production is expected to finish shooting today, after completing a car chase sequence around Arthur’s Seat.
Oh how did I miss that? Oh…because I live and work outside the center, that’s why! The great thing is that they’ve not missed out the local use of talent.

The company assisted with hiring cast and crew. See this is fantastic, and it’s what we need to keep the film industry alive here. That and the incentives to get the companies here in the first place in order to spend money. Why doesn’t out Goverment understand speculate to accumulate?
