First reaction: This movie isn’t out already?
I thought this movie completed production years ago! This was the movie that Christian Bale did immediately after leaving the set from The Dark Knight Rises and we got those images from production. Wow.
I can’t fully make heads or tails of this movie. There’s a lot implied and I get the impression that we’re going to get more of the “American Psycho” Christian Bale rather than “The Big Short” Christian Bale in that he’s going to only be moderately sober and totally doing completely batshit crazy things that don’t make sense in the end.
I don’t know how I feel about this movie. I’m pretty indifferent. I like movies that are art but I don’t understand what the message should be with this one. Maybe it’s me…
