KA Crates Are Fun Gift Boxes For Movie Lovers

So I recently was made aware of a company called KA Crates (Kick Ass Movie Crates). They are a company based out of the U.K. What the company does is put together a monthly gift box themed on a variety of popular movies, including Marvel, DC, cult classics and modern classics. I wasn’t sure what to expect from it, but once my shipment arrived from the U.K. it was really cool what I found inside.

Some of the items are small little gifts. My crate consisted of:

• Suicide Squad keychain
• Batman drink coaster
• Civil War ‘Crossbones’ bobble head keychain
• Iron Man novel written by Anthony Irvine
• Star Wars t-shirt
• Star Wars mug

It was a cool box with nice gifts. I wish the variety was a little better. Like one item from each movie, instead of repeating multiple Star Wars items, now this could be a good thing for some of you. The gifts are fairy standard items, mugs, shirt, keychain, book, but those are the kinda items that work.

While this is a U.K. based company, they do ship these KA Crates all over the world. Good news for U.K. based residents is that shipping is free within the U.K.

The company promises to change the items on a monthly bases, no items will repeat. How this works is that it’s a subscription service. You can do a monthly plan or enroll in a 3/6/12 month plan. The price is 24.99 or $30 US. Seems like a fair price to me for the 5-7 items you get. Sometimes a t-shirt or mug along could cost more than half that.

My feeling is that it’s a pretty simple yet invnovative business. For those that like surprises and presents this could certainly be something you await every month to open up and see what’s inside.
