The new trailer for the new Denzel movie is out! Jesus! someone hand Viola Davis a few dozen wet-naps! The trailer itself is emotional. There are a few aspects of the film I couldn’t predict but from what I gather the film focuses on the tumultuous relationship between a father and son. I never saw the play but I am liking what I’m seeing here. I’m not entirely sure where they are going wiht the narrative but I must admit that the tone and delivery is intriguing. There’s something to be said about the approach to filmmaking seen here that seems a bit more quaint and rare compared to what I expect and it’s quite refreshing. To say that I’m curious is an understatement, I’m downright anxious to find out more.
