I’m kinda digging this new Captain America and Guardians of the Galaxy concept art

I’m a sucker for comic book related films. I relate it all to how Spider-Man saved my life once. I won’t bore you with nostalgia but I will use it as a springboard to explain my fascination with the new concept art for the upcoming Captain America: The Winter Soldier film.  I hope that Marvel ties action like this along with some introspect into Bucky’s near Batman like dedication to preparation and strategy due to brainwashing.  It feels satisfying to see images like this and forecast how I” be able to take time to compare and contrast this image with the finished result, just cus I’m a nerd like that.  It still seems kinda sorta weird that the film is being handled by “You, Me, and Dupree”, as well as television’s “Community” and “Arrested Development”  directing duo Anthony and Joe Russo.

In addition to Cap, these Guardians of the galaxy images are neat too. I can already image Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer in the space bar scene,  thanks in no small part to his eye catching showcase in The Man with the Iron Fists. I’m still only slightly interested in the GoG film, but I’m guessing Marvel is trying to encourage that by choosing Brian Michael Bendis as the writer of their new ongoing comic. We’ll see…
