Simon Pegg stars in the upcoming film, A Fantastic Fear of Everything. Right now it does not have a U.S. release date but it set for the U.K. and Ireland on June 8, 2012. Based on the trailer, it looks to be a very interesting film and I am hoping for a U.S. release date soon.
In my opinion, Simon Pegg has had a very good ratio of good films versus bad films. This looks to be very interesting and I’m hoping for the same amount of dry comedy with a splash of drama like we’ve seen in his other films like Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz. Also did anyone catch elements of Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind in the trailer? It looks to be very imaginatively entertaining even if the other areas have the possibility of being a little light.
First and foremost, Ryan Brown is a fan. He has been an avid fan of both the theater and cinema since an early age and his passion for both has been continually growing ever since. When dissecting a film, he focuses on all elements of film-making including some fan/cult factors. He believes that character development is the foundation of a good film and usually starts his analysis of a film from there moving forward. His writing style may be influenced by his background of narrative and argumentative studies in the subject, but he tends to enjoy a more conversational style to better interact with the readers, unlike some other pretentious and pompous writers.
