This photo for Ridley Scott’s ‘Prometheus’ shows the Egg Hatchery

Egg Hatchery? Why the hell is there an egg hatchery in Prometheus? This photo doesn’t answer many questions but creates new ones instead. And If you notice there’s that emphasis on that giant head statue thing.

Prometheus will not stop teasing me. I’ve been throwing dollars all night but I can’t get a break. Either way, we have a new photo for Prometheus and again another emphasis on the statue head. How does this help explain the source of Humanity? Why are their eggs? I thought there weren’t going to be any of those ‘Aliens’ in this movie? Did somebody lie to me? I’m going to go lie down after I set this as my phone background for the week. Anybody see any clues that I’m missing?

    1. They don’t look like biological eggs at all, but I’m theorizing that they’re some sort of mechanical incubating thingies. They are searching for the source of humanity and these things may have something to do with that.

  1. Dude… chill out. Look closely, they arent eggs. They are metal.

In the trailer, when you see Fassbender pull out this slimey green thing out of a canister, it looks like the same canister below that giant head statue. Thats what it probably contains… they aren’t eggs mate.
