For more than a decade now, WB has been trying to make a Wonder Woman film. Getting the right director to take the lead, and getting a great script to shoot, has been a long, cold journey without result. Will we ever get to see Wonder Woman on the big screen? Maybe, just maybe, we will.
The Playlist says that Wonder Woman may be happening at last and that David Goyer, who wrote Batman Begins and all three Blade movies, is involved. They believe WB is about to announce a Wonder Woman movie to be released in 2013. What’s unclear is, if true, exactly where Goyer fits in.
Goyer is one busy, popular guy. Last we heard, Goyer was one of the frontrunners to direct the next Superman film. Now he is rumored to be involved in a big announcement for Wonder Woman. Maybe if he doesn’t direct one, then he’ll get to direct the other one. He probably is involved in the script for both Superman and Wonder Woman for sure.

Sorry but Wonder Woman has substance, that’s why no one has ever replaced Linda Carter, come on she fitted the Character perfectly. And Wonder Woman has curves guys, and also persona. Who ever gets the role as Wonder Woman better do a dam good job, or every woman will be disgusted with WB.
The only problem I see with a Wonder Woman movie is that so few women have been able to carry a action movie on their own. Jolie has done it a few time with some success and Kate Beckinsale did alright with the Underworld series, but that’s about all I can think of. Scarlett Johansson, did well as the Black Widow, but I’d imagine her plate will be pretty full this the Avengers and Iron Man 3. For the most part though, female leads in action movies haven’t been big money makers.

My number one choice for Wonder Woman is Missy Peregrym, she pulls off athletic and secy well. Jolie is way to old for WW and after the Tombraider movies it would just bug me to see her in the role. I am probably the only guy on earth who didnt like her as Lara Croft, but I thought she was terrible.
Bring in some new blood I say. Take a chance and cast someone not well known.

Any of these ladies can be Wonder Woman.
Throw in Lynda Carter as Hippolyta – Diana’s mother.

Wonder Woman needs to be tall. Megan fox is just a little over 5 feet…too short. There’s tons of good actresses that are beautiful out there. I say go with an unknown or lesser known actress.
Reading Rodney’s review of Salt made me think that Angie Jolie should play WW. What do you think? We know she can act, can be badass, and looks like the Amazon Princess. Unfortunately, I really doubt she would take the role. But, boy if she did….

Goyer is busy; writing the next Superman(possibly directing also), writing the next and final Batman movie.
Batman 3 script is already done, but he can still write a Wonder Woman film and The Man of Steel.
I hope this is true (as long as Goyer doesn’t direct). As for Megan Fox as Wonder Woman…..HELL NO!!! It takes more than just looking the part. You have to be able to act to.

Its about time that a Wonder Woman movie will finally be conceived…. its been decades.. hope that the lead role will go to a deserving actress… it would be ruckus in the auditions / casting
