Kick-Ass: Meet the Mistmobile!

Posted by on 22. 03. 2010in News Chat

With Kick-Ass nearing and into fanboys hearts everywhere, MTV has delivered a short clip featuring the Red Mist as he shows off his MistMobile!

I love that its not the Batmobile – its a car. Pimped out for sure, but its just a car. No turbo boost or anything supersciency. And it has Mist. Of course.

I wonder if that guy will ever be known by his real name instead of McLovin.

      “What? no!”
“What do you think that M on your chest stands for?”
      “Mist…Red Mist”
      “McLovin”

im going to go pick up the graphic novel like i did with the watchmen

Yeah, I hate to admit it but I never really read the Watchmen Novel untill I heard about the movie finally gettin’ made.

Man I’m glad I did with that one! Great read, hard to put down.
and a great re-read on multiple levels.

as far as this one, I heard about the comic when it first ran, but had alot of other stuff to read and let it slip by.
now I dont feel it holds up to the signifigance(spell-check please!)as Watchmen in the comic realm (awards, etc) BUT it does look like a hell of a fun ride!

    i’m in!

An a quirky Nic Cage is always welcome! (Vampires Kiss, Raising Arizona, Face-off, Valey girl, that weird-ass Nic Cage is what I’m talking about)

The comics are pretty awesome. First series I ever actually said “WTF!” out loud to myself. I highly suggest you to check it out. Though since I heard the movie follows the comic to a pulp… you might want to check it out after the movie.. but I don’t know how it will stand out after.

I’ll get it before (thanks to re-issues of it in hard form!)

I loved watchin’ Watchmen and enjoying how faithful (most of it anyways-I wanted to see more of the newspaper vendor and black kid interact-but thats just fanboy nitpickin’)it was and brought a smile to my face the entire movie. even though it was an aquired taste.

    thanks!

I just got the Graphic Novel, its so great. Millar does an awesome job and this movie is pretty close to his work (curse you Wanted!). I love the way kick ass is dancing in the car. Can’t wait for this flick.

LOL, same here. The part where Kick-Ass is jamming out to the music is just hilarious.

So can’t wait for this movie!
