We are very close to kicking off our new look for the site, and part of that is recovering some of the tools lost to us recently.
For those of you still following our RSS feed, you might have noticed that different content is showing up on that list. Well it appears that even though the old RSS feed still says THE MOVIE BLOG, it now directs to a different site that ISNT this one, and we wanted to make sure those who wanted to read this content had the tools to do so. Please update your RSS feed with the new one listed to the right (the button now directs you to the CORRECT feed) and remove the old one from your list. That content being fed on the old RSS does not belong to The Movie Blog despite the title still saying so. The cake is a lie.
Also, for those of you following us on Twitter, there is a new feed I announced about a month ago, but the button on the right was broken… well we fixed that too. You can add us @TMB_Tweets. We have been doing more contests and special announcements that we are going to make exclusive to our Twitter feed, so don’t miss out!

(and no, this isn’t one of those empty announcements like DC/WB saying they had big news in January ’10 and we still don’t know what the hoopla was about)

That would likely fall under advertising for your own blog – which is not what the community will be about. We will have another podcast coming soon, and it will be a regular feature again on a real schedule.
The Community will be a place that people can introduce and discuss new topics though.

I remember John left, and I remember EVERYONE asking what was going to happen to Rodney and TMB, but the reason why I’ve been AWOL for so long is because I somehow believed this site was being shut down.
AGAIN, I’M SORRY FOR BRINGING THIS BACK UP. Noone more than me hates stupid question – But a simple link where this was discussed or mentioned…would be helpful.

We thought the site was dying off because John said it was, and the owners approached me to keep doing what I have been doing all along. John has moved on to other pursuits, and I have taken over running the site.
So we are still going strong and only getting better and bigger.
All we need is Rodney-tron’s blogging skills, and the dew from a ginko leaf to run the Movie Blog.
