Griswolds Featured in Teaser Commercial

We talked before about how there is early planning for a new Vacation movie but in the mean time we are going to get a series of commercials featuring the Griswolds.

This Family Vacation in a reunion of sorts headed for a Superbowl slot pimping Homeaway.com – a service that shows the merit of good vacation planning. Beverly D’Angelo and Chevy Chase reprise their role in this teaser that makes us wonder who Rusty will be? (The Griswold boy has never been played by the same actor twice)

The short film may set up the ground work for a new Vacation film which may potentially be featuring a grown up Rusty taking his own family on a Vacation that of course will be falling apart at the seams … with laughter!

I just wonder if this pop culture icon will be remembered well enough by today’s viewing audience or will their parents have to explain who the Griswolds are? Or what the deal is with that Truckster Wagon?

Yeah I’d always be thrown off a little bout Rusty always being another dude..

Anthony Micheal Hall is still the best one IMO

and runner-up being the one from Vegas( I know most people hated that one but the kid was good)

I say bring back Anthony Micheal Hall!
