No one is going to boycott this film and Evans will do fine.

The Fantastic Four franchise that he was in, he did great. And that series is over. They are not doing any more Fantastic Four movies with that cast or storyline.

Moving forward, when they get around to Fantastic Four again the role will be someone else as Torch.

You make it sound like he is the first actor to play more than one superhero.

I hear that Chris Evans has been cast as Captain America, I don’t like it. It’s not fair really, using the same face of another marvel character. It’s like there was no attempt at all to find some one new to distinguish the film from its relatives like the X-men films, Hulk films, Iron Man and Fantastic Four. I don’t think a lot of other comic readers will like this either, I hope reconsideration is taken cause otherwise I will just boycott the thing and advise others to do the same.
