Sly talks Schwarzenegger and Willis Expendables Cameo

Aside from the action fest that The Expendables promises, everyone and their dog knows that there will be a cameo of other action legends Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis.

Now we find out what their little scene will include, so if you want it kept a surprise I suggest you stop reading this right now.

The scene, which would amount to about 5 minutes of screen time, has the tough guys meeting in a church where Bruce is there to hire
Sly’s team.

“Bruce says ‘Well, there’s one other person I want to talk to before I hire you. And then Arnold, who plays my old rival, walks in,” Stallone explains. “We have a history together. And we go back and forth and I tell him that I should have shot him a long time ago when I had the chance. Then it goes on from there. And here we are, the three of us trying to man up to one another, playing off of who we are, using our baggage in this one scene.”

I really hope that this scene plays off some snappy dialogue that pokes at each other’s idosyncracies. There is a lot of ribbing that can go on there.

After nearly 30 years of seeing these action legends blow shit up and kick its ass, I can’t wait to see them all on screen at the same time.

why do they meet at a church??? A Planet Hollywood Restaurant would have been a more appropriate choice.

Such a shame that this film stays in post production till late next year. I don’t see why the film wouldn’t be able to be released by March or even early summer?
