I wouldnt actually want a bomberman movie made. That was the perfect epitome of heavy sarcasm.

But I think Battleship would be better if its NOT based on the board game.

I know what you mean, Risk and Battleship can be great movies, but do you think that the fact that theyre based on boardgames will be a turnoff?

Why dont they just make a war movie called ‘Insert War Movie Name Here” and dont mention it was inspired by a boardgame?

I think thats better. Unless they make it into a Jumanji-like movie about the ACTUAL boardgame.
