How to Train Your Dragon Teaser Trailer Online

I was tipped off to the first Teaser Trailer for Dreamworks’ How to Train Your Dragon by The NerdyBird and I share her sentiments that this dragon is utterly cute.

The Hiccup Horrendous Haddock the Third book series was written with a very silly sarcastic tone and I think this trailer captures it. The trailer has a lot more in it than I would expect considering its labeled as a teaser, so I only look forward to seeing the full theatrical trailer!

Well, it’s not pixar-level animation, but it looks pretty good! And VIKINGS! There are never vikings!!! That makes me happy. :D

okay just one thing….”PIXAR-level animation” hahahahahahahahaha WHAT?! Ummm I like Pixar movies as much as the next guy, but they have a certain STYLE of animation. It’s not like it’s any higher quality than any other CG animated film.

PEOPLE, I lOVE Pixar…but get…off…their NUTS! They are NOT the end all be all of CG animated films. They usually have the BEST stories BUT their graphics aren’t neccessarily “BETTER,” their STYLE is just different.

      Okay I’m done.

How about this then: Pixar-style animation appears less blatantly like computer animation and much more life-like. Where I come from, we call that better quality. I am not claiming to be an expert in the field of computer animation, but to my eye Pixar appears to have the best quality picture animation.
