Twilight Breaking Dawn Casting Calls Already

The Fourth Chapter of the Twilight series will be diving head first into production shortly after the third film finishes principal photography. And casting has already begun for the movie that is trying to get made before the fad ends.

Collider offers:

“The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn” production has been greenlit and I now have the latest information. The fourth saga in the Twilight Series is going back to its roots and will be filmed in Portland, Oregon. Principal photography will not begin until September, 2010. The film’s director has yet to be announced.

The website also reports that a new production company called Sunswept Entertainment – founded by “Twilight” and “Eclipse” producer Karen Rosenfelt – will be behind “Breaking Dawn”. The site lists casting calls for principals and extras in both LA and Portland but has no contact info for the film’s casting director.

As suggested, I find it odd that the casting for principals for a film without a director. I guess whoever directs is going to have to deal with whoever they pick to play the major players of the book (that are not already established)

I really have to get around to reading the fourth book before it comes out.

THIS SITE IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE STUDIO CREATING THIS FILM! We cannot get you in to see a casting director, nor can any of the commenters here help you. If you want to know more, ask your agent.

Well theyll need a WHOOLLEEE lot of new actors for the whole…gathering part of the book, and more members of the pack.

I want to see who plays the Transylvanian vampires

TO DEAR MY TWILIGHT FANS I LOVE THE 4 TWILIGHT BOOKS SO VERY VERY MUCH AND I THICK THE 4 TWILIGHT MOIVES IS THE BEST FOR EVER AND EVER LOTS OF LOVE EMILYXOXOXOXO

I’m saying this as an occasional Twilight fan: This is a movie based on a terrible book that’s going to require a LOT of brain inactivity to tolerate.

I’ve also heard something about Stephanie Meyer not wanting to see a movie based on her books if it’s R-rated. There is an important sequence that cannot be avoided, which if filmed in accordance to events with the book, would be quite bloody disgusting.

I suggest to anybody who auditions and has not read Breaking Dawn: read it before considering anything.

OKI…what i really think is this Mayer lady had a great ideea …. and the fact that is so diferent about the dracula stories (i am romanian btw…dracula’s coutry) since i was soooo bored with. But the way she wrote this books is awfull.I read the books after i saw the first mouvie and i was dissaponted.I loved the mouvie…didn t like the books. So…the smart person in my opinion was the script writter of the mouvie…she knew what to pick from the book.

We are not a casting agency, nor are we connected to one.

After you get your Actors Guild membership, you can ask your agent about casting for this film. If you do not have an agent, then you are not going to get an audition.

      • nessie says:

how do u get an actors guild membership? im an actress with out an agent iam aiming for role in breaking dawn..and im still looking for info’s where they will film and when is the casting?? can u help? thanks.

      • Rodney says:

A real actress would have an agent who would answer all these questions.

        Just sayin.

  6. lj says:

ok look i really want to be kate sooo yah caan someone tell e when the casting calls start because i really need to know

  7. Nina says:

Hey, I understand that I have to ask my agent for the audition but do you know if there are auditions at all for a secondary character or even an extra? I want the experience for my resume…getting a part in the movie is a little far-fetched. But anyways…yes, do you happen to know anything about that?

    Thanks.

    • Rodney says:

We are not associated with the studio or casting agencies at all. This article was of general interest that they are at that stage in creating the film.

If you are an actor, you have an agent and they are the people you should be talking to about this.

Even minor roles and extras are handled through agents.

  8. Laurie says:

    Hi,
Where can I find good agent to help me do the casting for breaking down?

  9. Estrella says:

some crazy girl with the name of LILY, is seriously disturbed, these books by stephanie myer are wonderful, its hard to out it down and , the SEX scenes they arent detailed in the books it only shows the after math so im pretty sure it wont be getting an R

i hope they do split it up though theres so much detail that needs to be in the movie,

like new moon for instance, i dont think it gave jacob black as much screen time as he should of had.

more people would be on his team haha

  10. Cat says:

I’m sorry but the books I way way better then the movies. There is no way that these movies will be better then the books, no way. The director has alot of work ahead of him to even come close to the last book. Will see!!
